About Kathie
I have been sewing and quilting for over 30 years. I started out working craft shows and owning my own wholesale business while raising my son and daughter. Once they were off to school, I owned a sewing shop, but then my twins came along, and I retired back to my sewing room above the garage.
In the last six years, now that I am an empty nester, I have worked as a Viking Sewing Center educational coordinator and have been quilting actively. For the past 4 years I have been working one day a week at Quilter's Quarters in Boardman, OH, and have also conducted their block of the month club. This has allowed me to spend lots of time with my five precious grandchildren. In this time, I got the idea of creating my own patterns. I have enjoyed creating them, and I hope that you enjoy sewing them!
